Hourly Service
For clients who prefer to purchase service by the hour, VBS’s standard rate is
$45 per hour with a three-hour minimum. After that, you pay only for the time
you need, billed in 15-minute increments.
Silver Package
Clients who purchase 10 hours of service during a one-month period receive a
discount valued at $25. If your project support needs are minimal, you can get
the assistance you need for just $425 a month. And if you need more than ten
hours of service during the month, those hours are billed at the reduced rate of
$42.75, a 5% savings off our standard rate.
Gold Package
For clients with larger projects, VBS is pleased to offer 25
hours of service in a month for $1000. That’s a savings of $125. As with our
Silver Package, if you need more hours of service in a particular month, hours
are billed at a reduced rate, in this case $40.50 per hour or 10% off the standard rate.
Satisfaction Guarantee
VBS backs its services with a satisfaction guarantee. If we don’t deliver
what we’ve agreed on, we will keep working until we do deliver it, at no
cost to you. And if we can’t for any reason, you don’t pay. It’s that simple.
