Primo PDF An excellent, easy-to-use PDF creator. If you don’t need the functionality of Adobe Acrobat and aren’t using MS Office 2007 (which comes with its own PDF maker), Primo PDF is a great tool.

Windows Live SkyDrive Gives you 25 GB of password-protected online storage. Great for back-ups and for sharing files that are too large to send by email.

International Association of Administrative Professionals A not-for-profit professional association with approximately 40,000 members and affiliates and 600 chapters worldwide. Members benefit from networking opportunities, professional development resources, opportunities for certification and much more.

Canadian Virtual Assistant Connection Created for Canadian VAs, CVAC connects VAs and clients globally. It also provides a forum for VAs to network and share information. Member benefits include education, discounts and various resources.

Virtual Assistance Chamber of Commerce A professional association that provides VAs with tools and resources to help them build successful businesses.
